Joe is our Chief Executive Officer and has grown the business from 2017 to where we are today with multiple clients, service offerings and awards. Joe’s pedigree includes his tenure with Network Rail, Crossrail and Major Contractors including Morgan Sindall as well as his time in engineering consultancy.

Richard is our Chief Operating Officer and an award-winning Project Manager who has an exceptional insight into project delivery and management of a team where a positive culture of collaboration, empowerment, and enjoyment are prioritised.

With a background in retail banking, Jake brings a system-led approach to multidisciplinary and complex problems. Recently, Jake has been focussing on organisational change programmes across the railway industry as well as infrastructure schemes.

Tom heads up our Network Rail Direct Delivery commission which sees a team of RPS project managers oversee the development and construction of multidisciplinary schemes including bridge refurbishments, tactile roll-out on station platforms and new Maintenance Delivery Units for operational teams.

Laura understands project delivery from both the Train Operator and Infrastructure Owner side following experience within both types of organisations. In bringing this expertise to RPS, Laura is excelling in managing a complex portfolio of geotechnical examinations currently for our Route Infrastructure Engineer clients in Network Rail’s Eastern Region.

Luke’s background on the New Measurement Train team within Network Rail means he understands how asset data informs project decision making. Luke’s experience at Capital Delivery and West Midlands Trains means he understands the importance of project control, collaboration and early involvement of contractor teams.

Thomas is an effective and efficient Project Manager, able to quickly digest and deliver complex schemes with multiple stakeholder demands. Through this he instils confidence in our clients who value his calm delivery approach.

Govinder consistently demonstrates dedication, drive, and determination when managing each one of his projects. His passion towards learning and interacting with the world of project management manifests clearly in the high-quality delivery of his projects.

Ellyn delivers bid planning, administration and workshops for clients of all sizes. Ellyn’s strengths lie in her ability to collaboratively manage complex technical bid requirements against time pressure to ensure all parties are working towards common goals.

Kathryn is our Office Manager and oversees our training, administration and teambuild organisation. Kathryn ensures that when new starters join they have the right IT, policies, inductions and support to hit the ground running.

Ming’s approach to project management generates great feedback from our clients and stakeholders who appreciate his collaborative and engaging approach. Ming backs this up with a strong project management skill set and commitment to our clients’ deadlines meaning that his projects are delivered to-budget and on-time.

Chrissy joined us from Network Rail and is currently delivering schemes for the Great Central Railway (GCR) heritage line. This part of our partnership with GCR sees us secure funding, develop requirements and deliver schemes for this line and we’re thrilled to be supporting our railway heritage in this way with Chrissy.

Aleena joined RPS as a Graduate Project Manager in 2023 and is excelling in her development across community and IT-rollout schemes. Aleena is supporting Thomas Spriggs in managing the complex requirements of new Facilities Management software rollout for Train Operator Company (TOC) teams.

James is a highly competent Project Manager who has been commended by our client in Network Rail for delivering projects at a ‘lightening pace’. James understands how complex engineering requirements drive project success and is highly skilled at ensuring processes are in place to aid in successful delivery.

Dan is a PRINCE2-qualified Project Manager with experience across rail and construction sectors. Dan is a hands-on and collaborative to unblock issues and keep progress moving on-site to ensure that projects are commissioned on-time and to budget.

​Mark is a results-driven Project Manager with an educational background in mechanical engineering. With a strong background working within Network Rail Mark’s career advanced quickly as a result of his successful delivery of projects including an Electrical Safety Delivery Programme and Decarbonisation across the network. Mark has a keen interest in team sports bringing these positive behaviours with him when working with clients.

Shoumik is a highly competent and dedicated Junior Project Manager with a postgraduate degree in Programme and Project Management as well as an undergraduate background in Civil Engineering. Shoumik is skilled in project planning, coordination, monitoring, and delivery cemented by experience aiding in the delivery of multidisciplinary projects including various new stations in the West Midlands.

Asish is an innovative and resourceful project manager specialising in the application of renewable energy to the railway industry. This builds on his experience as an undergraduate and postgraduate and recently Asish has been developing business cases for solar installations across the UK network.

Ailish is an experienced Project Manager having developed an excellent rail-specialist skill set working both within Network Rail as well as a Train Operating Company. Ailish's positive approach to work and building strong team relationships within the complex and challenging environment of project delivery is always highly praised.

Katie is a driven Project Manager with strong stakeholder management experience. Katie’s background working within a Train Operating Company has given her a great understanding of how to deliver projects across multiple locations with pressing timescales as well as navigating the complexities around implementation and hand back.

Natasha’s experience in Network Rail involved civil and geotechnical projects. This all changed when Natasha joined RPS and she now delivers multiple time and cost-critical programmes for West Midlands Trains including station improvements comprising significant WiFi, CCTV and other M&E system upgrades

Louise is a rising star at RPS. Her commitment to projects and excellent stakeholder management skills has earned her a reputation for bringing challenging projects back on track. Whether at early or late stages, Louise understands the tools, processes and skills required to deliver successful multidisciplinary scope in the railway environment.

Shak started out as an Apprentice on TfL. This gives him a wealth of knowledge across railway operations, maintenance and systems-led areas. Shak is currently working on a Network Rail commission delivering multiple footbridge replacements and strengthenings as well as Maintenance Deliver Unit new builds.
