RPS started offering services to the railway industry in 2017 for clients including Network Rail and HS2 Ltd. Since then we have expanded into the wider UK infrastructure market, bringing an innovative approach to every project we're involved in.
Our experience covers Project Management, Operations, Possession and Blockade Management, Project Management Office services, Engineering Management, Welfare Facilities, and pre-contracting services including Proposal Management, Bid Writing and Business Development.
Through our suite of specialised services we offer large consultancy products and services with the flexibility and commitment of a smaller organisation.
