We couldn't be prouder to offer this unique benefit to our team. Twice a year, we take everyone on a two-day break to celebrate our successes, catch up with colleagues, and just have fun!
Our team is often in the field delivering for our customers, so when we do get everyone together, we take the opportunity to do exciting activities in new locations, get to know each other better, and strengthen our relationships. Team builds are held over two working days to provide our team with a relaxing break and a chance to catch up with colleagues they don’t see often.

We couldn't be prouder to offer this unique benefit to our team. In additional to our numerous after work socials, Family Days, sports events, and charity fundraisers, twice a year, we take everyone on a three-day break to celebrate our successes, catch up with colleagues, and just have fun!

Some of our most memorable team builds are listed below:
Worlingham Hall
For three summers in a row the RPS team have stayed at Worlingham Hall, a Grade 1 listed Georgian country house in Suffolk. We have arranged a points-based challenges task, hired boats to sail down the River Waveney, laid treasure hunts around the house, been stargazing, played tennis, had water fights and generally spent time together exploring the 160-acre grounds.
If you're going to have a company brief it should be around a swimming pool or in a Downton Abbey-esque dining room, right?
York
A favourite destination of the team we have been to York on several occasions undertaking activities such as enjoying the Christmas market, walking the city walls, going to the famous Bettys Café Tea Rooms, looking around the Railway Museum and going on late night guided ghost walks. Of course, we also have a lot of fun eating, drinking and spending time together as a team.
Scotland
One of our most talked about team builds was our ‘Top Gear Challenge’ in 2020. Splitting everyone into teams they were tasked with purchasing cars to drive them to and from Scotland whereby we enjoyed driving around the Scottish highlands and sleeping in a luxurious lodge. In addition to company briefs we socialised, went walking over waterfalls and took a steam train across the Glenfinnan Viaduct.
Newcastle
We spent Christmas 2023 in Newcastle enjoying the Christmas market, visiting popular bars and restaurants, and on the evening attempting karaoke… We were also joined by a camera crew documenting our social event which turned a few heads with locals thinking Geordie Shores had renewed another season.
Wales
In Winter 2021 the team spent three days in Llantysilio Hall - a Grade II listed country house in Denbighshire. Being on the bank of the River Dee we spent time walking along the canals and the historic Horseshoe Falls whilst also playing various games, eating great food and enjoying a few drinks together as a team celebrating success.
